Product Categories: Our automotive film products include color-changing films (Chameleon Series, Matte Series, Metallic Series) and solar protection films with varying specifications and performance characteristics.

Technical Specifications: All products meet or exceed industry standards including SGS environmental certifications, EU REACH compliance, and US EPA standards. Specific technical data sheets are provided with each product shipment.

Product Variations: We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to product specifications without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect product performance or quality.

Pricing Structure: Our products are categorized into three tiers: Economy Series (¥1,000-2,000/roll), Professional Series (¥2,000-3,500/roll), and Premium Series (¥3,500-5,000/roll). Volume discounts apply based on order quantity.

Payment Terms: Payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit, and other internationally recognized payment methods. A 30% deposit may be required for large orders.

Currency & Pricing Changes: All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost fluctuations, currency changes, or market conditions with 30 days notice.

International Shipping: We partner with DHL, FedEx, and other international carriers to ensure secure global delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard international delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Express delivery options are available. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local regulations, or force majeure events.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the international carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Quality Standards: All products undergo rigorous quality control testing and meet international standards. We maintain ISO certification and conduct regular third-party quality audits.

Warranty Coverage: We provide 3-5 year warranty coverage against manufacturing defects, depending on product series. Warranty covers material failure under normal use conditions and proper installation.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, environmental factors beyond normal conditions, or modifications to the product.

Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Custom or OEM products are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate returns. Return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned products in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.

Proprietary Technology: Our products incorporate proprietary nano-optical and ceramic technologies protected by patents and trade secrets. Unauthorized reverse engineering or replication is prohibited.

Trademark Usage: The Shicheng Materials name, logo, and product names are protected trademarks. Use of our trademarks requires written authorization and must comply with our brand guidelines.

Third-Party Rights: We respect intellectual property rights and expect our customers to do the same. Any infringement claims should be reported to our legal department immediately.

Liability Limits: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Installation Responsibility: We are not responsible for installation errors, damage during installation, or performance issues arising from improper application. Professional installation is recommended.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guangdong Province, China.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

Language: In case of conflicts between different language versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail for international transactions.
